If someone DOES sell to this guy I have something to tell you. You are being very nice and losing money. The average price is 200k, maybe 190k if you don't mind losing money. But GP is NOT worth 150k and this little bastard needs to stop calling to practical people greedy. xD This reminds me of the guy at work that bitched at me because he didn't like how expensive the ice cream cone he just bought was. He called me greedy. Buddy, I just work here. :|
